Manic Drive’s Shawn and Michael Cavallo display the caliber of musicianship only achieved by well-seasoned veterans and that’s precisely what they are. Veteran seems a lofty term to bestow upon a couple of guys in their early twenties. But when you take into account that they began their musical genesis at the ages of 7 and 8, and have since toured internationally, recorded four self-released albums before signing with savvy independent Whiplash Records to release their critically acclaimed international debut, Reason for Motion, which yielded a string of chart-topping singles, international video hits and tracks regularly featured on network television, you’ll begin to understand that these guys are in fact well-seasoned and accomplished veterans.

Their new record, Reset & Rewind shows another level of depth as they've really pushed the envelope of a "faith album" to show off their smorgasborg of talent and style. Dance grooves, metal guitar riffs ("Blue"), acoustic melodies with hip-hop flaca ("Dancefloor"), industrial drive with pop choruses ("Obvious"), Manic Drive really lets it all out on their sophomore surprise.  It's nice to see Kevin Max (formerlly of DC Talk) in their newest release, "BLUE".  Check out their new video - it's pretty hot.    From the opening kick of the fist-pumping anthem “NYC Gangsters” to the plaintive piano-and-strings that close “The Inventor,” Reset & Rewind marks a journey of passion, pain and loss in a fallen world—equal parts rock & roll manifesto, hardboiled drama, and desperate plea for God to rescue us from this world.  Everyeye has been keeping it's eye on Manic Drive since first meeting them in California in 2006 - these guys ROCKED the Christian festival tour and were a total blast live.  It'll be exciting to see them closer to home when the open for Seventh Day Slumber on April 4Tickets are only $8!
