Information You Give to Every Eye Media

Every Eye Media's forms require you to give us contact information (name and email address), unique identifiers (Every Eye Media member log-in), and demographic information (address). Our purchase forms require you to provide us with certain financial information (credit card numbers). Every Eye Media also may collect the IP addresses that are not unique to your computer. How Every Eye Media Uses Financial Information

Any financial information you give to Every Eye Media will be used only in the processing and delivery of tickets to you. Your information will be used to verify the transaction and receive the money directly from your credit card company. Non-financial information may be used by the shipping company, if one is selected, to deliver the tickets to you. Some financial information may be used by Every Eye Media to identify you as the customer at the venue (e.g., the last four digits of your credit card number may be used to confirm that you are the person who purchased the ticket). We may provide your financial information to event providers, primarily for facilitating "will call" ticket pick up, dispute resolution and customer service at the event venue on the date of the event, and may provide your financial information to those merchants who are providing you with the goods, services or reservations you purchase or order through the Site. We may disclose specific financial information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Every Eye Media, other visitors to the Site or users of services or products provided by Every Eye Media. Also, your financial information may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy, of Every Eye Media. Every Eye Media will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your financial information by a third party to whom Every Eye Media is allowed to disclose your financial information under the Privacy Policy.

Requesting Every Eye Media Not To Release Your Information

If you do not want Every Eye Media to release any of your information to third parties, you may request for us to not release your information by sending us a written request by regular mail or e-mail. In the written request, you must provide information identifying yourself such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and/or membership password. The e-mail address must match the e-mail address on your Every Eye Media Tickets account to ensure security. The written request must also state the following: "I do not wish Every Eye Media to release any of my personal information to third parties."
